How to Use – Floor Boss™ Resin (Part A & B)

Always follow the full Floor Boss™ installation guide. This is the simplified overview for the resin stage.

1️⃣ Surface Preparation

• Floor must be smooth, flat and structurally sound.

• Remove loose paint, dust, oils and contaminants.

• Repair major cracks or holes before starting.

2️⃣ Bucket Setup

• Remove Resin Part A and Part B from the main bucket.

• Empty the coloured sand (if using the full system) into a clean, dry container for later.

3️⃣ Mix Part A & Part B

• Pour Part A and Part B back into the original mixing bucket.

• Use a drill with a whisk/paddle to mix for 1–2 minutes until uniform.

4️⃣ (If Using with Floor Boss Sand System)

• While the drill continues mixing, add coloured sand in small portions (±1 kg at a time) until fully blended and consistent.

5️⃣ Apply the Mixture

• Pour onto the floor and spread evenly using a trowel, squeegee or suitable applicator.

• Work in sections, keeping a wet edge for a seamless look.

6️⃣ Curing Time

• Allow to cure as per instructions (typically 12–24 hours, depending on conditions) before light foot traffic.

• Full cure for heavy use will be longer – follow the Floor Boss™ guide.
